(as the patient),

Since my stroke the care from the community neurorehabilitation service has been exceptional. The occupational therapist and the physiotherapists have been brilliant.

They have been so caring and helpful.

I feel like they have almost become part of the family!

I couldn’t really comprehend what has to me but they have all been very supportive and I can now continue on my recovery journey on my own now. I will miss them all but I couldn’t have got to this stage of my recovery without them.

Good afternoon,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about the support you from the Community Neurorehabilitation service. It was lovely to read about the team were able to support you following such a lifechanging experience.

Your feedback has been shared with the service lead who I know always personally thanks the staff for their hard work. They will all appreciate hearing how cared for you felt by the team.
