"Incredible staff"

Both of my nans went through A&E and C12 within days of each other. Each of them were treated with such kindness, compassion and empathy as were my family and I. The staff showed patience and empathy towards us as very worried family members. But Mihaela and Julita in particular stood out in an already amazing overall team (C12). They’re everything you could hope for when you put your trust in a team to take care of family that are so precious to you.

Other wards have given us the total opposite with certain staff speaking sharp, acting as if our worries were a nuisance…. but C12 you were a breath of fresh air. The staff of C12 constantly go above and beyond their role. Mihaela has such a kind warmth which is rare to see in medical professionals at the best of times. She takes time to explain our loved ones conditions and care at a level we can easily understand. We feel involved with our family members care…not just dismissed like we have been by others within this trust.

I hope C12 go on to always be this way as this current team really live by the values and standards of what the NHS should be….i just hope other wards and medical professionals can follow their lead!!!!
