"The staff were the friendliest I've encountered"

About: Western General Hospital / Day Infusion Unit

(as the patient),

I went for my first time to ward 75 for an infusion and I can honestly say that the staff were the friendliest I've encountered. They were all cheery, chatted with everyone and were so good at making me feel comfortable. An absolute credit to WGH.
