"Efficient, kind and helpful"

About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had misread the appointment letter and come to Stirling Community Hospital instead of Forth Valley. 

The reception staff were warm and understanding. A clinician saw me while they waited for another patient rather than me rebooking. 

They were all efficient, kind, helpful and made a difficult and worrying situation much less so. I am so grateful to them all.

Thank you for letting us know how your visit went.

It is great to hear we were able to get you seen, despite your venue mix up.

I find it is very easy to miss things on the letters and we try our best to be flexible, although sometimes it can be too busy.

Hopefully everything will go more smoothly should you ever require our services again.
