(as the patient),

I just wanted to take a few moments to say thank you.  I was very nervous yesterday and actually not in a very good place as I felt full of shame and embarrassment but the young lady nurse that I saw was just amazing. Not only was she kind and professional and knowledgeable,  but she had a quality about her that helped me feel much better able to accept who I am. I've always had problems with that, especially now I'm a bit older, and I just wanted to thank you for helping put a broken bit of me back together again!
