About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Coronary Care Daisy Hill Hospital / Enhanced Care Unit

(as a relative),

Thank you to all the medical and nursing staff in coronary care and high dependency unit in Daisy Hill.  

My father-in-law has had exemplary care under the medical team.  He was gravely ill and thanks to the excellent care he is recovering well from sepsis.  

The compassion, care, kindness and professionalism is evident from all staff. 

In particular Dr Titus and staff nurse Brigid  have demonstrated exemplary care. My family are extremely grateful to the team for their attention to detail in their critical care of a very unwell gentleman.   

Despite difficulties with no IT system the care remained excellent !  

Thank you to a well trained team.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback for your relative's stay in Coronary Care.

I am pleased to hear that the care you received was exemplary. It was a challenging week with regards to the IT system, however the team all worked hard to ensure that patient safety was maintained. I am delighted to hear that the care remained excellent despite the challenges.

We appreciate your feedback and I will make sure to share it with all of our team.
