"X-Ray Department"

About: Kincardine Community Hospital / Radiology (Xray & Scans)

(as the patient),

I suffered a back injury due to a fall, and my doctor recommended an X-Ray to rule out a possible broken bone.

On arrival at the hospital welcomed by the very nice receptionist who showed me to the waiting area.

After a short wait I was ushered into the X-Ray room by a very friendly nurse. The radiologist was waiting for me, she then explained exactly what was going to happen in an easy to understand manner, and showed me what I had to do. Afterwards the radiologist, and the nurse were very helpful, explaining what would happen next, taking the time to make sure that I could find my way out, and that I didn’t need help to walk out.

Overall I am grateful that I was sent to Stonehaven Hospital, they turned what was an unpleasant situation into something that was very enjoyable.

I hope in the future If I need a hospital that I’m sent back to Stonehaven.
