I rang the surgery as my husband who is a diabetic was showing signs of foot ulcers.
I was told the duty Dr would call me.
Dr Chalk rang about lunch time and when I explained the situation she arranged for my husband to see her in the afternoon.
When we arrived, we were seen on time and greeted by Dr Chalk. She looked at my husbands feet and showed concern. She rang the hospital after doing his obs and explained everything to the Dr and arranged for my husband to go to the hospital at 9am the next morning.
Dr Chalk was so compassionate and non judgemental. Sam the nurse practioner came in to have a look and got the equipment to dress his feet. Sam was also so lovely and did an excellent job.
Thank you ladies!
