About: University Hospital Monklands / Renal (Ward 1)

(as the patient),

I was admitted with Sepsis in July as I have kidney failure. I was extremely unwell due to this and my kidneys shut down. The staff responded quickly, professionally and courteously at all times. This was from all staff from Janitor to Consultants. I would like this to be passed to all staff age ward as they were extremely under staffed but made.my stay as comfortable as it could be.

I cannot thank them enough .
