"Extremely professional, courteous and pleasant"

About: ICST (Community Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) / ICST (Community Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) Biggar

(as the patient),

I was released from  Monklands district General hospital in July. I was still under OPAT there upon release. Several district nurses attended my home every 2nd day to administer antibiotics through a mid line.

Each one who attended my home was extremely professional, courteous and pleasant.

If you could pass on my thanks if you can.

Good afternoon Mark381,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your positive feedback around the IV therapy at home service delivered by our wonderful community nursing team. Receiving feedback from our patients is both very helpful and appreciated.

I am delighted to hear about the professionalism exhibited by the community nursing team and that they were able to administer your treatment in the comfort of your own home environment.

I will most definitely share your thoughtful feedback with the team, and know that they will be thrilled to receive it

Kind regards

Karen
