I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Dr Williams and the lovely nurse who performed an ultrasound and coil removal procedure for me.
From my initial telephone appointment in the Complex Contraception clinic to the scan and the procedure, Dr Williams was very thorough and kind.
Despite feeling anxious, both Dr Williams and the nurse put me at ease, and Dr Williams explained every step and made sure I knew I was in complete control. She also took the time to explain another procedure I will be having soon at the hospital.
Thank you so much for keeping me so well informed and calm.
