"Appointment booking"

I am very unhappy with the service.

I was told an appointment had become available due to cancellation and I could come for 11:35am instead of next week.

I made the receptionist aware I need to get back home 12:15.

Upon attending at 11:30 and booking into the system it told me they are running behind and I have two appointments before mine and I will be seen in 25 mins. Waited until 12:00 at which point I had to cancel the appointment and go back to my original appointment the following week.

This has wasted an hour of my time and had cost me fuel getting to and back from Street Lane Practice.

They should have told me I wouldn't be seen at 11:35 or anywhere near that time. Very poor planning and poor service from this practice.
