(as a relative),

My husband was in this ward for a procedure on his back. 

From the minute we arrived at the ward the staff made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Every step was explained well and answered any questions we had. 

My husband was very anxious and Debbie was amazing at helping him and getting him nice and calm before his procedure. 

Both Debbie and Rex were lovely and very helpful making a very nerve wracking experience that little bit easier.
