I have been unwell with long-term symptoms, and I could not be happier to be with this Fulham Cross Medical Center.

They have made sure they listen to me with kindness, immense knowledge, and genuine care. They are leaving no stone unturned and are so patient if I cry from frustration. I have never had to wait longer than 2 weeks (rare) for an appointment, and they make me feel like a person, not just an NHS number. 

Dr Abuomar is so knowledgeable, kind and even makes me laugh during difficult conversations. She has made me feel so comfortable and certain that we will eventually find the source of my symptoms, I can sleep easier at night knowing she is my doctor. 

Mrs Brown has made every blood test so easy with her kind attitude and comforting way. I had a wobble yesterday and ended up crying as we could not find a vein, but she did not give up, understanding I wanted my Ovarian Cancer results as soon as possible, so even hunted around for a special needle to help the procedure. We managed to get the blood through her determination and patience. Sherri did not just ask me to return the next day because it was difficult. I am so grateful. 

Dr Al-Daour is fantastic and explains everything so you understand. 

He makes sure he understood every part of my problems and symptoms and booked in every test he could. Once again, I am so thankful he is with this surgery. 

During a period of real uncertainty in my life, I am only 25 so this has all been really stressful, I have never once felt rushed through, not taken seriously or patronised. I have been seen quickly, booked in for any test I need and feel absolutely certain that while it might take some time,
