"Excellent Practice & Staff"

I used this practice firstly when it was initially a 'walk-in' centre. I was treated by Dr Ebenizer. Having had such excellent care I decided to move over to this Centre.

I have been at this practice for over 10 years now and I cannot recommend the Medical and Nursing Team highly enough!

Dr Obi, Dr Chelliah, Dr,Hasmi, & Practice Nurse RN Charlene. All have shown excellence in care delivery and are totally professional compassionate, they care, they listen, and they understand my care needs.

The reception team Caroline, Sadia and the new Male admin are particularly helpful and always follow up on issues and are good at communicating and understanding.

It's quite difficult at times when working the 9-5 to get an appointment, the new telephone triage is working much better!

I travel past several GP's on my way to visit Showell Park, thats not to say I have had any issues, I just feel comfortable here and listened too. Dr Hasmi last year probably saved my life, if it wasn't for her prompt clinical decision making, also backed up by Charlene who is also a credit to the practice, I thank you both.

Finally and no means last is Lee the pharmacist who is fantastic, again he always listens and understands. He and the rest of the Team as a whole deserve recognition as they all work exceptionally hard in these challenging times. I have nothing but respect for them.

I would recommend anyone I know or who is thinking of joining this excellent practice to give it a go. They have helped and supported me so much over the years, especially over the past 17 months in particular.
