"Wonderful work at perth A&E"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

My partner had very severe symptoms of a medical condition that is under investigation and needed urgent help. We attended PRI A&E and saw Dr Jack Fy2, and hope this feedback can also be provided to him for his training portfolio if possible?

Jack was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about possible diagnoses that could be causing symptoms experienced and got medication for my partner quickly to relieve the worst of the symptoms. He was a good communicator and he was compassionate and empathetic. He was mindful of my partner's disability when physically examining them. He efficiently got the tests needed to progress diagnosis and onward referral. In all, absolutely 10/10 would recommend!

Dear Charlie 824

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback on your partners recent attendance at the Emergency Department in Perth, and for such lovely comments about one of our resident doctors. I will ensure that I pass these comments on to Jack and I am sure he will be delighted for the recognition.

I sincerely hope that your partner is making a good recovery

Kindest regards

Dr Kirsty Tonge- Emergency Medicine Consultant and EM Clinical Lead
