About: Braid Valley Hospital and Ballymena Health and Care Centre

(as the patient),

I had an appointment to have my hearing tested as it had been many years since it was last done. I had to wait a few months for the appointment but it was worth the wait, I saw a lovely nurse called Aoife who did the test and explained my hearing answering all my questions. I left the appointment with two new hearing aids and Aoife took time to make sure I could hear well and work them. I am delighted with how well I can hear now and how well I was treated

We strive to make a positive impact for all of our patients in some way, often this can be minor and we as clinicians do not give it the credit we should.
