"Their continuity of care was incredible"

About: Launceston Community Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit MIU

(as the patient),

I went to Launceston Minor Injuries in intense pain from a UTI. The first lady that saw me was incredible, and made me laugh, which I really needed at that point in time.

I then saw two more MIU practitioners who were truly amazing. Not only did they really care what I had to say, and gave me thorough advice, but their continuity of care was incredible. They urged me to go back to the doctors, assured me the frequency of my UTIs was a problem not to be ignored, and eased my mind.

I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for me. I’m left feeling empowered by these inspirational women.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such wonderful feedback for one of our services. I am pleased you experience was a positive one, as we would expect. I will pass the feedback to the Matron and Team Lead who will also be delighted.
