"Fantastic Care"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Short Stay Medicine Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as the patient),

When I was recently admitted to A&E with Supraventricular Tachycardia, the care I received from the paramedics, A&E staff and the staff of Ward 103 was nothing short of brilliant. All the staff involved were amazing, professional, caring and very informative. I felt cared for and well looked after.

My family were with me for most of the care I received and were treated very well and kept informed at all times.

The NHS may be in dire straits at the moment, but the staff work hard and are a credit to their organisations - Scottish Ambulance Service and NHS Grampian - and that is something to be very proud of!

Dear SVTlady25

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I see that your care involved several services and I’m responding on behalf of the Scottish Ambulance Service.

I’m so pleased to hear that our paramedics, along with the A&E and Ward 103 teams, provided you with such professional, caring and informative support. It’s also wonderful to know that your family felt well looked after and kept informed throughout. Your kind words will be shared with the crew and their line management.

If you are happy to do so, please send the date, time and address of your call out to sas.feedback@nhs.scot, along with your Care Opinion username. This will help us ensure your appreciation reaches the crew involved.

Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.

Warm wishes,

Marie
