"All aspects of my care have been excellent"

I have been attending the clinic over the past two years in connection with post menopausal changes . I was apprehensive due to the sensitive nature of my enquiries , but all the staff I have seen have done their very best to put me at my ease . They have continued to see me , investigate and assess any improvement and offered clear and concise instructions as to how to continue. 

At a particular time when I had urgent concerns ,I contacted the clinic and had my appointment brought forward. The secretarial staff have been equally helpful as the clinicians and nurses .

I have always felt they had time for me to explain my situation and to answer my questions .

 I have received prompt letters post appointment to confirm  findings ,conclusions and proposed treatment . All aspects of my care in this department have been excellent, for which my husband and I were very grateful .
