"Continuity of care from Beversbrook medical centre"

I have been waiting for test results from Great Western Hospital since mid August and my medical centre staff including the receptionist/admin staff, GP’s, nurses, pharmacist and especially the managing partner Mrs Butcher have been very efficient, supportive, professional and effective during this period- guiding me through a potentially anxious time. I would like to thank them especially as I know how difficult and broken the nhs is currently.
