"Staff did not acknowledge me"

About: Heatherwood Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I came in for an appointment, there were 2 members of staff on the main reception talking, I stood and waited and neither bothered to acknowledge me. I waited and waited and they continued talking. I ended up walking away and going to the department I needed. I think if people wish to work on reception, they really should understand customer service.
