About: New Victoria Hospital / Audiology

(as a carer),

Attended Hearing Aid clinic for a repair on behalf of my father.

Explained to receptionist that my father was currently in another hospital & that his hearing aid had broken. This was causing difficulties with staff communicating with him.

She said that she would try & arrange repair ASAP.

I received a call within a short period of time to inform me that hearing aid was ready for collection.

I would like to thank all staff involved this time & on previous visits, as they have always been very helpful when repairs have been required.
