"Your Kindness Means So Much to Us"

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms McMahon, Health Visitor with the Southern Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. She has been such a blessing to our family, and her kindness has truly touched our hearts.

Not only did she take the time to visit us and provide professional advice for my son today, but she also brought clothes, toys, books, and other daily essentials, offering comfort and support during our very difficult situation.

Before leaving our home, she thoughtfully promised that she would not forget to arrange a Christmas gift and hamper for our three-year-old son and for us. True to her word, this month she has already arranged and sent a food hamper, which has brought us so much relief and joy.

As a full-time carer for both my wife and son, living in destitution and facing many challenges, her help has been invaluable and deeply appreciated.

Her generosity goes far beyond practical support. She gave us thoughtful advice about my son’s measurements, vaccinations, and overall wellbeing, as well as offered guidance on how we can settle more comfortably in our new community. She even connected us with other charities so that we could access additional support.

Ms. McMahon's care, compassion, and unwavering support have made a real difference in our lives, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have her in our corner.
