"Ambulance to A&E"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

My mother-in-law had to be taken to A&E in Craigavon last week by ambulance. We would like to say how wonderful Jim and Fiona, the paramedics were. They were so patient, kind and helpful.  Their caring attitude really helped us and we are very grateful to them both.

Good afternoon KAD57,

Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received. It was reassuring to learn how wonderful Jim and Fiona, the paramedics were and that they were so patient, kind and helpful to your mother-in-law. As an organisation we are committed to consistently show compassion, professionalism, and respect for the patients we care for. I would like to share your feedback with the clinicians who attended to your mother-in-law on the day and in order to locate them I would require the following information:

o Date and approximate time of the incident

o The address the ambulance was dispatched to

If you are happy to share this information, I can be contacted at:

I hope your mother-in-law is recovering well.

Kind regards,
