"Easily the least stressful appointment we have had"

I called Inverurie medical practice for advice regarding my toddler. I called around 10am and waited approx 15 minutes on the phone to get to reception and was happy to wait my turn. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We were called by Dr Patrick early afternoon, who agreed my son needed to be seen and asked us to come to the surgery 45 mins later. 

We hadn’t encountered Dr Patrick before, but he was fantastic with our son. He spoke with him, was engaging and kept him interested. His advice was helpful and he kept the examination to the point and with minimal upset to my wee one. Easily the least stressful appointment we have had with our toddler. Thank you very much.
