"The care and compassion have been exceptional"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Adult liaison psychiatry

(as a relative),

I would like to express my thanks to Psychiatry Nurse Ailie from Forth Valley Hospital who is an asset to NHS. I have been liaising with her in connection with a relative who has been under her watch and the care and compassion she has shown has been exceptional. She is communicative, expressive and takes ownership and accountability for each and every interaction. The way she explained things to me and the patient was straightforward and transparent. She really does show empathy and for that we are so grateful.  I wish I could say the same about other NHS staff. She stood out for the right reasons.

Dear Bofa31

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I am delighted to hear that Ailie's care compassion and communication made such a positive difference to both you and the patient. I will make sure to share this with her and the wider team. It means a great deal to the staff to know their efforts are appreciated.

Kind Regards
