"Fast, efficient and friendly service"

About: Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as the patient),

Visited the fracture 2 weeks after surgery on my finger.  The wait in the general outpatients area was very brief before I was called to a different waiting area. I had hardly sat for a minute when a nurse, named Claire, came to fetch me.

I was taken into a room and it was explained to me that she would remove some sutures from my finger and redress the wound.  Care was taken to make sure that I wasn’t squeamish about this being done, as well as advice should I start feeling uncomfortable or even if I started to feel like fainting. She was very friendly throughout and took care to be very gentle and careful.

I was very impressed with the fast, efficient and friendly service at this clinic.
