(as a service user),

Having an appointment for 13:15, I planned ahead and popped in for a sample bottle.

The receptionist contacted the nurse (Sandra) who not only provided the sample bottle but was able to fit me in immediately due to a cancelled appointment.

The care and kindness experienced at a time where you are wondering what this blood sample may reveal was so so good.

What a wonderful place.
