About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was recently in Hairmyres hospital for a colonoscopy and the care the team gave me was nothing short of excellent. This is contrary to when I was in 5 weeks before which was carried out by a different staff member who was rude and I would say a bit aggressive. I was in my bed for nearly a week before recovering; in my opinion this staff member would be better carrying out their trade in the local butchers.
