"Calming attitudes and empathetic behaviour"

(as the patient),

I had a rocky journery on the ward. But i would really like to say a massive thank you to Nurses Wyn, Abi, Renee and Edwin. Wyn and Abi in particular were with me comforting me during my most painful hours on the ward. Their calming attitudes and empathetic behaviour was phenomenal and they really helped me cope and be heard.

Dr Boone, and both Mina’s from Plastic Surgeries surgical team were again amazing and their attention to small details were second to none.

Jack and Ellen from Vascular were again fantastic and Jack placed my cannular first time after 11 excruciatingly painful failed attempts the night before. These amazing people deserve the recognition of providing fantastic care to their patients.
