About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Pre-Operative Assessment

(as the patient),

The charge nurse was Roxanne. She carried out the tests in a very professional but reassuring manner. Each test was thoroughly explained in a very pleasant way. I asked some questions which were answered pleasantly and helpfully. I have to say that this was an exemplary consultation and can only praise Roxanne highly for every aspect of the consultation.
