"Staff could not have been nicer"

(as a service user),

This was my first time getting a mammogram through the breast screening programme. I was extremely nervous about it but the staff could not have been nicer. They explained the process, were very professional and made the whole experience much easier than I expected

Many thanks for taking the time to contact us to give such lovely feedback. I was delighted to hear that our staff were able to guide you through this appointment, which I can appreciate can make some women feel a bit nervous or apprehensive. I was especially glad to hear that as this was your first time attending, they helped make this process easier.
