"Felt like I wasn’t listened to"

Felt like I wasn’t listened to and the ots from 10am - 1pm so no other activities throughout the day, seeing people from PFG on days they came felt like seeing people from the outside world whilst I was there.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback on your experience on your time on Hazel ward.

I am so sorry that you were not listened to. I would really like to find out more about why you felt like this, so I can take the right course of action to prevent this from happening in future. My works contact number is here for you to call me when you are able to: 07557 759625.

I agree that the activities on the ward need to be offered throughout the day rather than in a morning. We have an activities coordinator whose role it is to do just that, I will ensure that the activity schedule has something to offer everyone throughout the day in groups and on a 1-1 basis.
