"The overall care from the professionals were outstanding"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency North Devon District Hospital / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

(as the patient),

I went to the A&E department at NDDH, with a severely swollen face, I was admitted and this resulted in staying in for a week the hospital staff were amazing.

I went home and had a follow up appointment with Maxillofacial, the Clinician Nigel was excellent he made me feel comfortable and at ease, I had several injections in my mouth which I didn't feel at all, I had 3 teeth extracted with no pain. The overall care from the professionals were outstanding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. I am so pleased to hear that you felt well cared for during your stay at the NDDH and throughout your follow-up appointment with our Maxillofacial team.

It is wonderful to know that the staff made you feel comfortable and at ease, and that Nigel was able to provide treatment in such a reassuring and pain-free manner. Your kind words about the care you received will be shared with the teams involved, as feedback like this means a great deal to them.

We are delighted that your experience was such a positive one and wish you the very best with your continued recovery.
