Really struggling to access the service for our young adult. Communication is poor, on waiting lists to see members of the team but cannot be told when will be seen . The young person transition to the service was poor and took us several attempts to gain access to the service. It feels there is no coordination to this service despite the information we are given that it is a NHS and SBC co- ordinated service . It is taking us a huge amount of time to access the support that our young adult requires .
