I was referred to the Occupational Therapy service at UHW following a diagnosis of inflammatory arthritis.

The service I have received from Jacqui has been first-class and has helped me to deal with different aspects of my condition. She is skilled at listening and responding with the right advice, information, exercises and/or tools that genuinely make a difference.

Jacqui’s gentle encouragement and professionalism have allowed me to feel more optimistic about my ability to cope with my condition (a far cry from the dread I felt when first diagnosed).
