I think Paul was brilliant recently and went above and beyond by finding out extra information for me with other colleagues.

The only thing that I think could be improved is by telling me in advance what the appointment goal is.

Thank you for taking the time to share this lovely review following your recent appointment at South View Partnership for your NHS Health Check with Paul our GP Assistant. We are pleased Paul went above and beyond in making it such a worthwhile experience.

All eligible patients receive a link along with their invitation text explaining what an NHS Health check involves. We are grateful for feedback and will ensure the booking and information sharing is always clear and understood by our patients.
