(as the patient),

Today i was seen in the eppu by Gillian for cramping. She was so reassuring to myself and my partner and explained every part of the scan.

Overall we we're very happy with our visit and she explained to myself that if i ever feel that something is wrong to ring up and they will see me and that i wasnt bothering them at all.
