I have been with College Practice for three years.
I have regular repeat meds. Yet they have not dealt with my repeat this month and I have run out.
Repeated contact and I am told my repeats are not being dealt with. I have run out of meds I have been on for years.
I am appalled at this hopeless situation where I am ignored.
