Dear jivehw43

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us via Care Opinion to tell us about your recent experience in Western Isles Hospital.

I am please d to hear that after the unfortunate delay due to bed capacity that your operation has been a success and that you feel that you were well taken care of whilst you were in Surgical Ward.

I have asked that your kind words are shared with the team as I know how much our staff appreciate hearing from our patients.

I wish you well with your ongoing recovery

kind regards

Denise Symington
