"ENT Doctor"

In City of Coventry Health Centre, I had a doctor's appointment, on the department ENT ,I don't remember the doctor's name. Even though I booked an interpreter, I wasn't assigned anyone. I found the the doctor very arrogant and rude, they didn't let me speak, they challenged the opinion of the previous doctor, they briefly acknowledged that they won't do the surgery anyway, even though the previous doctor had definitely confirmed that surgery was necessary, the only thing they can do is recommend another opinion, but from their doctor friend, however, they are sure that they will say the same.

As I have a deviated nasal septum, which leads to difficult breathing and may even lead to apnea, I feel threatened with death. Ignoring such a serious problem is highly risky. I am asking for another appointment, this time with the previous doctor. I am asking for a quick intervention, I have been waiting for almost a year for the first visit. Thank you for your help.
