"The whole experience was so welcoming and reassuring"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I saw Lorna and colleague for a pelvic and TV ultrasound.

The whole experience was so welcoming and reassuring. The receptionist was friendly and when I was called through, everything was explained to me.

Lorna put me at ease and I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point, other than the pressure on my very full bladder!

Thank you for such wonderful care, you're an asset to your profession.

Dear HighlandMoon,

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you had a very positive experience with Lorna when attending for your Ultrasound. We are glad you felt welcomed and that the receptionist you mention was friendly and explained things to you, which I'm sure would have been very reassuring. We will be sure to pass on your kind feedback to the staff involved as patient feedback is very important to us. Take care!

Kind regards,

Robyn
