About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I saw Lorna and colleague for a pelvic and TV ultrasound.

The whole experience was so welcoming and reassuring. The receptionist was friendly and when I was called through, everything was explained to me. 

Lorna put me at ease and I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point, other than the pressure on my very full bladder! 

Thank you for such wonderful care, you're an asset to your profession.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you had a very positive experience with Lorna when attending for your Ultrasound. We are glad you felt welcomed and that the receptionist you mention was friendly and explained things to you, which I'm sure would have been very reassuring.
