"Polite, professional and friendly"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Having been referred to the emergency department by my GP as an emergency and being from out of town, I was sceptical this was unfounded.

Straight away first met the well trained receptionist who took my details and said I would have a brief wait for triage, as I did. Again I met one of your amazing, polite, friendly nurses, who directed me to the relevant department.

I was again booked in by more trained staff ok I had a wait to see a doctor who was professional and knowledgeable took the time to do a comprehensive diagnosis including blood test a kidney function test all of which were necessary due to my medical issues, after thorough checks and advice I was cleared to go home subject to advice given.

On a personal note the staff I came to contact from first arriving to leaving where above and beyond exceptional all were polite, professional and friendly, the hospital is well maintained to a very good standard, I have nothing but thanks for how I was treated.
