I received my appointment and a leaflet explaining what would happen and what to expect. Very reassuring. On arrival at the hospital I was welcomed and all aspects of the procedure explained to my by Nurse Denise, anaesthetist Ryan, Dr Pelekoudas and recovery nurse in the theatre, Sharon. In fact, all the staff were so skilled, professional, kind and thoughtful and I felt very confident in them. Thank you so much for everything you do. It really is appreciated.
