"Kindness, empathy, and dedication"

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. McCourt and her team for their exceptional care. After being referred to dermatology for an atypical mole that was suspected to be melanoma, I was extremely anxious—especially being in my twenties with a family history of skin cancer. However, Dr. McCourt’s thorough explanations and her dedication to investigating all of my moles have made a world of difference. Her approach has eased my anxiety, and I am grateful for the trust and confidence she has instilled in me throughout this process.

A special thanks to the surgical team and nurses who always greeted me with warmth and positivity. Their genuine care and ability to put my mind at ease have been invaluable. I also want to express my appreciation to LeeAnn at reception for always answering my many questions with patience and reassurance.

Additionally, the team in medical photography made a potentially uncomfortable experience feel manageable and helped me feel at ease during something that was very new and daunting to me.
