About: GPs in South Kent Coast William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Have been let down a lot after seeing a dr in May 25 i read notes online and saw errors so I contacted them, they changed notes but continued to make errors ,the date put for my next physio was put in as a month previously, a clear error but they then changed the wrong date,the errors kept happening,now September and I have still not got it corrected.

Another time they failed to refer me for emergency ear appointment at whh quick enough, so waited in pain with bleeding ears etc for months longer than i should, even though I had hospitals saying I needed help. I took to ombudsman and won the case with compensation.

Another i had emergency mri as been in pain for months and had to wait 7 weeks for test results,just to be told results in 3 words and are you seeing a physio,that was it.

Today my mum had an appointment for test results after waiting weeks and NO CALL CAME, chased twice but hrs past and got nothing.

This surgery is failing patients in our experience.

I am so sorry to read that you and family members have been experiencing so many problems with your GP Surgery.

As the issues you mention are to do with the surgery itself there isn't anything that East Kent Hospital Trust can do as we do not manage the GP surgeries.

I would suggest contacting the Parliamentary Ombudsman to raise your concerns.
