"Awful care and staff inadequate"

About: University Hospital Aintree / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Relative left in a corridor for 6 hours untreated for a suspected stroke. Not seen and nothing prescribed. Died from a cardiac arrest ! It is no wonder this hospital was scored inadequate at the time of this incident. It is also no surprise to see the constant bad press it is often getting.

More recently this same day urgent care they have introduced is useless in my experience, the only difference is instead of getting fobbed off by a Dr, you just get fobbed off by a nurse! Writing stats on post-it notes, unprofessional staff and has been for years.
