"Warmth, kindness and care"

About: Neonatal Unit / Neonatal Rainbow clinic

(as a service user),

Thank you for the warmth, kindness and care you have shown us and our daughter. 

There have been times especially in the early days that we were a bit lost and you helped navigate us with your guidance in such a gentle way and always managed our expectations. The biggest comfort was knowing our daughter was being so well looked after when we went home at night. 

We are very excited to take our daughter home today.
