"I looked forward to my appointments with both of them"

I just wanted to write in and say what a good experience I had with Matt and Katriona. I have been working with Katriona for just over a year and Matt on and off for about 2 years and have just finished work with both of them.

Matt was always really kind and open about the fact he had OCD, which really helped me open up about mine and feel understood.

Katriona is so knowledgeable about her field and incredibly validating. She helped me have more compassion for myself and she is so kindhearted. Thanks for all your hard work and for listening and encouraging me

Both of them were professional whilst still able to have a joke and laugh with me which makes appointments much easier. They, as well as many other members of the CMHT team, have helped me unmask - which was previously very difficult for me to do. CMHT feels like a safe space. I looked forward to my appointments with both of them and will miss them both.
